How far in advance should we book?
For conferences and gala dinners we recommend three to six months so we can secure premium venues and suppliers. Smaller activations and celebrations can often be delivered in four to eight weeks.
Do you manage events outside the Klang Valley?
Yes. We are based in Petaling Jaya but regularly produce events across Malaysia and occasionally the wider region, coordinating travel and local suppliers as needed.
Can you work within a fixed budget?
Absolutely. We build a transparent budget around your priorities, then protect it with clear supplier agreements and a sensible contingency line.
Will we have one point of contact?
You will. A dedicated event manager leads your project from first brief to post-event wrap, supported by our production crew.
What does a first conversation cost?
Nothing. The initial consultation is complimentary — we listen, share ideas and only then prepare a tailored proposal.
